WARRANTY PROGRAM:
1. One year full warranty for the product against manufacturing defect and five years for the compressor. Compressor warranty does not include labor, gas, electrical parts, body parts, filters, and all consumable parts.
2. Warranty does not cover breaking, burning, electricity fluctuating, unusal usage, and repair by others
3. Warranty will not be covered unless the original invoice is presented by the Customer.
4. Washing and cleaning of good and filters are not covered by warranty.
In accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's regulations regarding consumer rights to exchange and return goods, our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days of the purchase date. The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, suitable for resale, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All new spare parts fitted and replaced are guaranteed for a period of 30 days.
2. Non warranty jobs there will be a charge of K.D. 7.000 as inspection / technician visit
charges.
3. Appliances which have been brought to service center for repair must be collected or approved for repeir within 30 days.
4. If the appliance have not been collected or approved for repair within 30 days, the service center will not be responsible for the appliance and will have the right to dispose of it.
5. Any appliance brought to a service center will carry an inspection transportation charge K.D. 7.000. This charge will be credited to the repair cost of the repair is approved.
